JERRY RIGGIN, Associate(email: jr@frrconsult.com)With an extensive successful background in sales & marketing, product development and information technology, Mr. Riggin is the FRRC Team's Information Technology expert. He brings a unique 25 year career during which he combined exceptional marketing skills with an advanced technical knowledge of all phases of computer systems. Mr. Riggin has designed medical imaging software, managed diverse information systems, and recently helped design and manage the installation of wide area networks between two, multi-site national companies. In 1978 he designed a client profile analysis system on the new computer hardware of a large mechanical contracting firm. The system allowed the company to identify its best customers and initiate automatically generated sales letters to them, which doubled the company's retail sales in six months. From 1985 to 1989, Mr. Riggin was the V. P., Marketing at Singer Consultants, Inc., a Florida based consulting and medical practice management firm. The data analysis techniques he developed and implemented to target the company's marketing moved the company from one million to seven million dollars in revenues in two years, placing them twice on Inc. Magazine's list of The Nations Fastest Growing Companies. In 1989, Mr. Riggin identified a potential market in alternative health care, and developed specialized electronic diagnostic tools to fulfill it. After funding research at a chiropractic college, Riggin's company, Precision Diagnostic Technologies, Inc. became the preeminent source of diagnostic equipment designed for alternative healthcare professionals. In 1995, after selling his interest in Precision Diagnostics, Mr. Riggin focused on the potentials of the emerging Internet. With more information available than anyone knows what to do with, his work now is to help businesses cut through 'the mountain' and find the 'golden nugget' of needed information. Mr. Riggin was conferred his AS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Delaware Technical & Community College and earned his Bachelor's in Computer Sciences and Business Administration from the University of Delaware at Newark.
