RICHARD L. FOGLEMAN(email: rlf@frrconsult.com) Richard Fogleman, FRRC's Managing Partner brings a distinguished, 25 year track record of successful business management and strategic planning to the FRR Consulting team. In 1969, after Viet Nam era service and discharge as a commissioned officer, Fogleman laid aside plans for medical school and began an entrepreneurial career as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Flamingo Camera Corp., a South Florida chain of retail photo shops. In 1970, he wrote the company's first business plan and negotiated private expansion capital in order to move into automated color photo processing. By 1972, sales had jumped by 500%. In 1974, he arranged sale of the company's retail division and in 1975, he took control of the company. During this time, Flamingo became widely recognized as an innovative, pioneer in the industry. Working in harmony with E. Kodak, Flamingo Color introduced several new photofinishing services. Products such as ... 'borderless' prints, specialty formats, and textured surfaces ... common to the field now, were pioneered at Flamingo. In 1976, he purchased the remaining stock in the business. In 1979, Fogleman wrote yet another innovative business plan, forming a limited partnership to raise private capital to launch Control Models, Inc., a direct supplier to the nuclear power industry, providing advanced, photography based, control room operator training aids. In 1985, he sold his interest in the company to his two other partners. Since then, Fogleman has been an active business planning and marketing consultant helping plan and raise capital for a diverse range of interests. He has enjoyed unusual success working with medical organizations, manufacturers, service and intangibles companies, and real estate joint ventures. In 1993, Richard joined forces with Jim Rose, forming Fogleman, Rich & Rose, in order to amplify and expand the base of strategic planning services available to growth minded entrepreneurs. Fogleman earned his Bachelor's degree in Natural Science (pre-med) from Mt. St. Mary's College at Emmitsburg, Maryland. He was also graduated from The Army Officer Candidate School at Ft.
